We will deliver the numbered cards to you, with a control sheet to have the sellers sign for the numbered cards; this makes it easy when getting them back.
You have one member of the club responsible for checking the cards and announcing the winner. At the end of the tournament the winner is announced.
Like most, I have a passion for my club. As is always the way many ideas get bandied about but nobody wants to take the helm and organise printing etc. so that is why our way is the easy way .

Wizard Recruitment is owned and run by Paul Collins, established since 2004, www.wizardrecruitment.com. Previously, Paul served in the Royal Air Force, hence the charity chosen to benefit from the donations. Here's what Paul says:
"I have played rugby since the age of 6 and that's many years. I have been involved at most clubs in the fundraising for tours, kit or general maintenance I know it's tough to organise and motivate people within clubs but this approach does make it easy.
"Our chosen charity is Help for Heroes: A very en vogue charity and one that I can heartily recommend as I have been a patient at Headley Court Rehab Centre and know what great work they are doing for our injured servicemen & women."
For each club that pays its fee, we will donate £50 to the charity. This will be viewable through www.bemycharity.com website again to show full transparency.
